His clients have included Shell Oil, USAirways, Texaco, Asiana Airlines, Southern California Gas Company, the California High Speed Rail Authority as well as organizations in healthcare, manufacturing and franchising.
He has a Masters degree in Behavioral Science and a Bachelors degree in Broadcast Journalism. He teaches at the University of Phoenix.
