Debbie, Past President of ASTD-LA and a recipient of the prestigious Frank Rabwin Leadership Award, will share a wealth of information from her new book, "The Employee Survival Guide to the Performance Review -- How to Keep the Praise in Your Appraisal" which she co-authored with the indispensable, Harry Eggleton (the first in a series of self-help books). Debbie is the Founder/Chief People Person at Working Relationships. She is a recognized expert in workplace relationships and leverages individual and organizational client success by focusing on human assets and organizational systems to help people work better together. She designs, develops and delivers instructor-led training and facilitates individual/organizational consulting interventions that emphasize ethical leadership and accountable "followership." She has been twice published by Jossey-Bass Pfeiffer and ASTD-LA Press. Debbie has worked with clients as diverse as Southern California Edison, Disneyland, County of Los Angeles, Harvard School of Business, Internal Revenue Service, City of Glendale, and Universal Creative.
